| In addition to the great features provided by Returnity, Returnity+ provides
for restricted access to data on items of evidence.
Access to evidence data depends upon privileges assigned by the administrator. Personnel not designated "Evidence User" can access and work only with lost and found data. An "Evidence User" may work with both evidence and lost and found data. Data elements essential to support the collection and management of evidence data have been added; these include "Storage Location", "Storage Number", and a comment field for explanatory input. "Storage Location" is entered using a drop-box that is fully customizable to the user's environment. All other drop boxes are fully customizable as well. Returnity+ transforms a fine Returnity product into a highly affordable property management system suitable for a host of campus, hotel, resort and other safety and security departments. |
